Miss Rodeo of the Ozarks Pageant

2018 Miss Rodeo of the Ozarks Lindsey Thompson

Lindsey Thompson, 20, is the daughter of Troy and Jessica Thompson of  Kansas, Oklahoma.  She will be attending Northwest Arkansas Community College this fall.  Lindsey is a member of the Siloam Springs Riding Club and the Element of Christ Riders.  Lindsey's hobbies are riding horses, barrel racing, and mentoring children through the equine program at New Life Ranch.  Lindsey is sponsored by Ranalli Farms in Tontitown, Arkansas.

In Lindsey's words:

I would love nothing more than to be a part of the sport that unites people and communities the way the Rodeo of the Ozarks does.  Growing up on a ranch and participating in rodeos has given me a passion for the sport and I would love to be a champion and ambassador for the Rodeo of the Ozarks.  I have always admired the charm, grace and leadership of the women who have proudly worn this crown.  If given the opportunity of being chosen as your "Miss Rodeo of the Ozarks," I would enthusiastically ride in as many arenas, meet as many people, and speak wherever the opportunity affords me.  I want to promote the rodeo as not just a sport, but as a tradition that brings communities together.  I hope that in everything I do, I always have a positive impact on those around me.
