2020 Rental Information

2020  Community Building Rental Information        *Maximum Capacity is 375 people*

Security Deposit: $1000.00 Security Deposit to be paid as soon as building contracted. Date will not be reserved without full payment of deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days following rental if all conditions of the contract are met.

o Cancellations:  If cancelled at 30 days half of the deposit ($500) will be returned.  Event must be cancelled 45 days prior, to receive a full refund of your deposit

Building Rental: $1000.00 per rental day for normal events. Rental amount must be paid in full 30 days prior to event date. 

If your event will have alcohol, you are required to have the following:
o One day liability insurance policy. This can be purchased through a private insurance agent or can be purchased through Rodeo of the Ozarks for $250 (must be purchased a minimum of 30 days in advance of your event).
o Security must be provided by our subcontractor.  Facility management will determine the number of security personnel needed for your event.  The fee for EACH member of security personnel is $35 per hour for the entire duration of your event where alcohol is being served.  Fees for security personnel will be collected by the Rodeo of the Ozarks. (fees for security must be paid 30 days before your event)

*MINIMUM OF 2 SECURITY PERSONNEL IS REQUIRED WHEN ALCOHOL IS BEING SERVED.

Facility Management has the right to dictate extra Security Personnel if deemed necessary.
